Cancellation and Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Services Offered: MeviTech Solutions India Private Limited ("MeviTech") provides technology consulting, software development, and cloud services to clients and partners.

1.2 Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel any engagement or service provided by MeviTech, you must submit a cancellation request in writing to our customer support team at contact@mevi.tech.

1.3 Cancellation Period: The cancellation request must be made within 15 days from the date of signing the service agreement or initiating the engagement.

1.4 Cancellation Charges: Cancellation requests made within the specified cancellation period may be subject to cancellation charges, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you upon receipt of the cancellation request.

1.5 Refunds: Our refund policy, if applicable, is outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services: MeviTech generally does not encourage refunds for services already rendered including but not limited to technology consulting, software development, or cloud services provided.

2.2 Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund for specific services, subject to the following conditions:

a. Service Unavailability: If we are unable to fullfil our obligations as agreed upon in the service agreement or engagement due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

b. Project Termination: If the project or engagement is terminated by MeviTech before completion due to factors beyond your control or ours, a partial refund may be considered.

c. Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to internal issues, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

2.3 Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to contact@mevi.tech along with relevant details and supporting documentation.

2.4 Refund Review: We will review your refund request and determine its eligibility based on the circumstances and our internal policies. The decision to grant a refund lies solely with MeviTech.

2.5 Refund Amount: If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined by considering the extent of services delivered and any applicable cancellation charges.

2.6 Refund Time-frame: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 90 days and issue the payment using the same method used for the original transaction. Payment service charges may be deducted.

2.7 No Refunds for No-Show or Delays: No refunds will be provided in cases of no-shows, delays due to your actions or unavailability, or if you fail to provide necessary information or resources required for the service delivery.
